We deliver to all regions in Palestine: the West Bank, Jerusalem, and Israel.
3. Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders usually arrive within 2-7 business days depending on the region.
Some delays may occur due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances; customers will be notified of any potential delays.
4. Shipping Costs
West Bank: 20 ILS
Jerusalem: 30 ILS
Israel: 70 ILS
*Any additional fees for special shipping areas will be communicated to the customer before checkout*
5. Shipping Companies
We use reliable shipping partners.
Customers can track their order using the tracking number provided after shipment.
6. Receiving Orders
Customer signature is required upon delivery.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipment will be rescheduled or left at an agreed location.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders
If an order does not arrive within the expected time, customers should contact us immediately via phone or our social media channels.
The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies after the package has been handed over, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.
8. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment by contacting us via phone or our social media channels.
Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible, and returns will be handled according to our return policy.
Return Policy

This return policy explains customers’ rights and procedures for returning or exchanging products to ensure a safe and reliable shopping experience.
2. Return Conditions
Products can be returned within 1 day from the date of receipt.
Products must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging.

Single-use devices (disposables) once opened.
Replacement parts such as pods once opened.
Atomizers (RDA, RTA, RDTA, RBA) if used or parts are used.
E-liquid bottles once the caps are opened.
3. Return Process
To request a return, customers should contact us via phone or our store’s social media channels.
Customers will be guided on how to return the product and the return address.
After receiving and inspecting the product, the return or exchange will be processed.
4. Refunds
Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 2 business days via the original payment method.
Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable unless the error is on the store’s part or the product is defective.
5. Exchanges
Products can be exchanged for the same value or another product by paying the price difference if applicable.
The same return conditions regarding product condition and original packaging apply.
